Any compensation terms are subject to a written contractor agreement approved by the company.

*Background Screening: I understand that active companion status may require background screening, identity verification, driving record review, proof of insurance, and approval by Tri-State Divorce Companion LLC before receiving any client assignments. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval, assignments, clients, hours, income, employment, or contractor status.

*Confidentiality and Company Materials:

I understand that client information, company workflows, forms, scripts, checklists, training materials, and internal processes are confidential and may not be copied, shared, reused, or used outside of approved company work.
