What the opportunity looks like
Companions are independent contractors who serve clients through Tri-State. You may build local relationships and share approved Tri-State materials on your own social pages. Client booking, payment, and service records stay within the company’s process. We are building courthouse-area teams across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. In-person Companions should generally live within 45 minutes of their assigned courthouse area.

Roles and compensation

Associate Companion: 60% of eligible collected service revenue; Tri-State: 40%.

Regional Leader: 65% of eligible collected revenue for their own completed services; Tri-State: 35%.
The split is calculated first. Then the FULL actual payment-processing fee attributable to the service is deducted from the performing Companion’s 60% or Leader’s 65% share. Company website and subscription costs are not deducted.
For EACH Associate, the count resets EACH two-week service period. The first three paid, completed service sessions earn no override. Beginning with session four in that SAME period, the assigned Leader earns 3% from the company share (60% Associate / 3% Leader / 37% Tri-State, before processing fees). No retroactive, carried-over, or own-service override applies. Package purchases and unused credits do not count; a paid session counts when completed.
Payouts occur every two weeks under the published schedule, subject to cleared payment, completed records, and review.

These are 1099 opportunities. Assignments, hours, clients, and income are not guaranteed. Final terms are in the written contractor agreement.
