Tri-State Divorce Companion LLC provides calm, compassionate, non-legal support for individuals navigating separation or uncontested divorce across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

In-person support may vary by county, courthouse location, companion availability, scheduling, travel distance, and service type.
Courthouse Accompaniment
You do not have to walk into the courthouse alone. Courthouse Accompaniment provides calm, discreet support for courthouse visits related to separation or uncontested divorce.
A companion may meet you at or near the courthouse, walk in with you, help you locate the correct office or waiting area, offer waiting-room support, and help you feel grounded before and after your appearance. This service does not include legal advice, legal representation, speaking on your behalf, mediation, document preparation, or case strategy.
Personal Organization Session
Bring order and clarity to your next steps.
Personal Organization Sessions help you organize appointments, reminders, folders, checklists, timelines, and next steps so the process feels less overwhelming.

Emotional Support Session
A calm, non-clinical support session to help you feel grounded, supported, and less alone.
Emotional Support Sessions offer a compassionate space to talk through what you are navigating, steady your emotions, and feel supported as you take your next step.
This service is not therapy or counseling. It is practical, non-clinical emotional support during a difficult transition.

A calm, non-clinical support session to help you feel grounded, supported, and less alone.
Personal Organization Session — $100 (1 hr)
Support with checklists, folders, timelines, reminders, and appointment preparation to make the process feel more manageable.
Courthouse Accompaniment — $225 (2 hrs)
A calm, discreet presence for courthouse visits, including navigation help, waiting-room support, and grounding before and after your appearance.

Payment is collected online at the time of booking. Packages are valid for 3 months and are subject to availability.
