During this call, we may discuss your general support needs, preferred service area, upcoming appointments or deadlines, and whether you may benefit from emotional support, organization help, court-preparation support, or courthouse accompaniment. Tri-State Divorce Companion LLC does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal strategy, legal document preparation, therapy, mediation, emergency response, crisis intervention, safety planning, or case outcome guarantees. This call does not create a client relationship or guarantee service availability. If your request appears to be outside our non-legal support role, you may be encouraged to contact a licensed attorney, court clerk, emergency service, or other appropriate resource.
Cancellation Policy
Paid services and support packages are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise approved by Tri-State Divorce Companion LLC in writing. Online cancellations are not permitted. Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Late rescheduling requests and missed appointments may be treated as used sessions.
